Our Beloved and Respected Head of the family,Our inspiration,Our Source of energy,Our pride Shri Asgar Khan Advocate,words falls short to describe the man himself who was the dictionary of words.A great and charismatic personality who was a brilliant,eminent,successful Advocate.He was also a magnanimous humanitarian, big-hearted, generous and a philanthropist.
The man himself great Shri.Asgar Khan Advocate was born at Churu in the State of Rajasthan on 18 December 1945 as the fifth child of Late Shri.Umar Khan ji. He was brought up and spent his childhood at Churu (Rajasthan) with his brothers and sisters in a big joint family.
He had completed his school education at Churu,and thereafter graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Arts from Government Lohiya College Churu and thereafter,obtained the degree of Bachelor of Law from Jai Narain Vyas University,Jodhpur.He got enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Rajasthan in 1969,and registered himself as member of Churu District Bar Association and began his independent legal practice in all the streams and field of Law at Churu District Court,Hon'ble Rajasthan High Court and various other Hon'ble High courts and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
He was a self-educated lawyer and he also fulfilled his Father's responsibilities by educating and completing all the marital duties of his 4 brothers and 3 sisters because his father passed away at a very early age. He completed his duties towards his 7 children by providing them education and completing their marital duties. Being a father of 7 children,He fulfilled all the duties of a responsible father.
Like this,He lived two lives in a single life with fulfilling all his commitments towards his family.He was a protective and helpful umbrella to the whole pedigree.
He had successfully completed with all his excellence glorious 51 years of advocacy.
He was politically active throughout his professional career at State and National level.He was skillful,smart,active,bold and energetic human being.He was a great support to the society irrespective of caste and creed.He was sedate and empathetic person towards the society. He was courageous and a man full of life with immense self confidence.He was a great motivation and inspiration to the society as well as his own family.He inspired many people to achieve their goals by his teachings,guidance,motivation and help.He nurtured,guided, inspired and mentored around 30 members of his own family to study law and join the noble profession of advocacy.He also encouraged,motivated and guided his family members to join judicial services.And he was completely successful in the mentorship of his family members as today they are on various high positions in society.
Asgar Khan Advocate, was a man who was a treasure full of talents,there was hardly any talent which was not comprised in him.He was an amazing lyricist who loved to write soulful songs,a melodious singer,an artistic painter.
He was an optimistic person through his ideas and patriotic towards his nation. He worked for the upliftment and development of the destitute and under privileged.He was sedate to his deeds and promises always to his clients,his family and to his profession.....
With his blessings and a heavy heart with a desire to continue his name,deeds,visions,ideas and dream towards the humanity.We have initiated and established this Asgar Khan Advocate Charitable Trust to grow,pursue and evolve his aim and dreams.
